Arrive in Islamabad. Our team will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Enjoy a briefing session about the trek and a gear check.
Morning flight to Skardu followed by a scenic drive to Hushe village. Prepare for the trek with a rest and local exploration.
Start the trek ascending from Hushe to Gondogoro village. Enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding peaks and glaciers.
Continue trekking towards Paiyu, crossing moraines and passing small streams while surrounded by towering peaks.
Rest and acclimatize in Paiyu. Short hikes around the camp help your body adjust to the altitude before ascending higher.
Trek to Gondogoro La Base Camp, preparing for the challenging pass crossing. The camp offers great views of the Karakoram range.
Early morning crossing of Gondogoro La Pass (5,585 m), with breathtaking views of four 8,000m peaks. Descend to Concordia camp for overnight stay.
Trek along the Baltoro Glacier to reach the base camp of K2, the world’s second highest peak. Enjoy the stunning mountain amphitheater.
Take a day to rest and soak in the stunning views at K2 Base Camp. Optional short hikes nearby to explore the area.
Begin the trek back towards Concordia, retracing the route along the Baltoro Glacier with incredible views.
Continue descending to Askole village, the gateway to the Baltoro region, marking the end of the trek.
After breakfast, drive from Askole to Skardu. Relax and enjoy the beautiful landscapes during the journey. Check-in at your hotel for an overnight stay.
Take a morning flight back to Islamabad. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring Islamabad.
After breakfast, transfer to Islamabad International Airport for your onward flight. End of the memorable K2 Basecamp Trek journey.

The ideal trekking season is from late June to early September, when weather conditions are stable and the trails are mostly snow-free.
The trek is challenging due to high altitude and rugged terrain, recommended for experienced trekkers with good physical fitness and acclimatization.
