Trems and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By booking or using services from Summit K2 Adventure (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

At Summit K2 Adventure, our mission is to deliver world‑class travel experiences that celebrate the breathtaking scenery and vibrant heritage of Gilgit‑Baltistan. We combine affordable pricing, local expertise, and heartfelt service to create tours that leave you with lasting memories and a deeper connection to this extraordinary region.

Our Vision

We offer trekking, mountaineering, cultural tours, and travel arrangements in Gilgit-Baltistan. All packages include itinerary coordination, accommodations, guides, and transport as specified. Any additional services requested are subject to availability and cost.

3. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be completed at least one Week days before departure.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 40 days prior to departure: Full refund minus deposit
• 25–40 days prior: 50% refund
• 15–24 days prior: 25% refund
• Within 14 days of departure or during the trip: No refund
No refunds will be issued for unused services if the client leaves the trip early.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, health crises). We reserve the right to alter itineraries, cancel, or postpone trips under these conditions.

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Ensure you have valid travel documents, visas, and necessary permits.
• Provide accurate personal, health, and emergency contact information.
• Arrive fit and prepared; high-altitude travel demands good health. We recommend a medical check-up before departure.

7. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance (covering emergency evacuation, medical issues, trip cancellation, etc.) is mandatory for all participants. Without valid insurance, the Company reserves the right to deny participation.

8. Safety & Conduct

• Follow instructions from company staff, guides, and local authorities.
• Engage respectably with local communities, and adhere to Leave No Trace and eco-friendly practices.
• The Company may terminate participation if behavior compromises safety or local harmony—no refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit K2 Adventure disclaims liability for injury, loss, or death arising from participation in tours. Participants agree to indemnify the Company and its staff from any claims resulting from their actions.

10. Photography & Promotion

We may take photography or video during the trip. By booking, you agree that Summit K2 Adventure may use your likeness for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and will apply to future bookings.
